How are you first thing in the morning? What do you think and feel when you start waking up? In many ways the time we spend waking up, can dictate our mood for the rest of the day. Consider this morning for example, did you notice where your thoughts were when you first woke up? Before you even opened your eyes, where was your mind? It so often happens that we are already somewhere else in our heads before we have even lifted them from the pillow. Why does this matter and why would it need to be considered? I bring this to your attention because there is so much to aking up that is over looked and yet it can be such a pleasurable experience.

You dont even need to watch it just have it on audio and notice how this experience is for you. You may decide that it is helpful to begin the day in this way and build a practice of waking mindfully. Be curious, have fun and notice what you notice.
